Ulysse Nardin SA, founded in 1846 in Le Locle, Switzerland, was known for creating precise marine chronometers and exclusive, complex timepieces that were trusted by over 50 navies through the mid-20th century. This is a triple signed chronograph that we believe would have been used by the military, due to the telemeter scale that was used in the field to measure the distance of faraway sounds, such as mortar fire.

The bold 36mm stay-brite case remains in good condition, with fixed lugs, a snap-on case back and olive-form pushers. The silver dial has two sub-dials, black painted Arabic hours and two scales in red, a telemeter and snail tachymeter. The watch has blued, no lume hands. The watch will come fitted with the picture Bulang and Sons leather strap. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
